We respect what you share, and we keep it small.
Kustodio is currently in a waitlist phase. The information we collect is minimal and used only to contact you about Kustodio.

1. Who we are
Kustodio ("we", "us") is a product being developed by 2coders, based in Spain. Contact: privacy@kustodio.app.
2. What we collect
While Kustodio is in its waitlist phase, the only personal data we collect from this website is what you give us directly via the waitlist form: your name, your email address, and any optional message you write. We also collect basic analytics (page views, country, anonymised device info), only when you have not opted out via your browser privacy settings or our cookie banner (planned).
3. Why we collect it
Email and name: to contact you when your waitlist spot opens, and to occasionally update you about Kustodio's development. We will never sell, rent, or otherwise share this information with third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics: to understand which sections of the site work and which don't, so we can improve them.
4. Where it's stored
Waitlist data is stored in a European data centre in Belgium under standard EU data protection terms. Analytics data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
5. How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to delete them, or until 24 months after Kustodio's public launch — whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or erase any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@kustodio.app. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Spain: AEPD, www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This website uses one cookie ("kustodio_locale") to remember your language preference. It is set only when you actively change languages, has a one-year lifetime, and is not used for tracking. Analytics cookies may be set only when analytics is enabled.
8. Children
Kustodio is a tool for separated parents. The website and the future application are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes. Material changes (those that affect what data we collect or how we use it) will be communicated to existing waitlist members by email.
